Dizadrevic is charged with having committed war crimes against the sick and wounded during the course of the conflict between the Fifth Corps of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the National Defence of the Western Bosnia Autonomous Region, ND WBAR.According to the charges, Dizdarevic, former member of the First Battalion with the Second Brigade of ND WBAR, found a wounded member of the Fifth Corps while searching the terrain in Kumarica area, Velika Kladusa on March 6, 1995, and fired several bullets at him, which lead to the person’s death.The Una-Sana Cantonal Prosecution alleges that the indictee found and killed another member of the Fifth Corps in the same area on March 7, 1995.Indictee Dizdarevic is defending himself while at liberty.
